About ME

I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago- I attended an ALL GIRL Catholic High School!! After graduating from high school, I went on to attend Eastern Illinois University (Charleston, IL) for my undergraduate degree. While I was there, I studied Sociology and Gender Studies. Shortly after graduating EIU, I went on to DePaul University (Chicago, IL) in order to get my Master's Degree. While at DePaul, I studied Education- Specifically, School Counseling.

 

 

I have been a School Counselor for 3 years now and absolutely love it! My goal is to assist students in being successful throughout high school and to help them begin preparing for LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL. I believe in the power of education and believe that every student has the capability of getting into College and AFFORDING College!
